Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries will bring back its annual “Christmas in July” event for the summer of 2020.
- Films for the event will star Candace Cameron Bure, Lacey Chabert, Holly Robinson Peete, Danica McKellar, Chad Michael Murray, Ryan Paevey and more.
How it works:
- Hallmark looks to get people in the holiday spirit with its run of Christmas movies.
- Three movies will be shown each weeknight from Monday, June 29, beginning at 5 p.m. ET (3 p.m. MT).
- Fridays will include two original films back-to-back. These movies will be from the same franchise, as well.
- “Operation Christmas,” “Holiday for Heroes” and “A Veteran’s Christmas” — Christmas stories about armed service members — will air on July 4.
- The “Keepsake Christmas” tradition will continue with 17 days of original films, too. Films such as “The Nine Lives of Christmas,” “A Christmas Duet,” “Switched for Christmas,” “Christmas in Evergreen: Tidings of Joy” and “Christmas in Rome” will run through Monday, July 27.
