Lego will be releasing its new “Super Mario” building sets on Aug, 1, but one major item has already been leaked.
The leaked item is a 2,646-piece collector’s edition TV and Nintendo Entertainment System console combo, with an NES controller and Lego “Mario Bros” game cartridge to match, according to GameSpot. It’s a Lego set designed like a NES system.
According to Forbes, Nibel — who is known for leaking major gaming news before its official release — was the first person to leak news about the NES console.
Shortly after news of the NES console was leaked, Lego posted a five-second teaser with the silhouette of it on their official Twitter with the caption, “Are you ready to play like never before?”

Leaked photos of the set depict a brick remodeling of World 1-1 from the original
Super Mario Bros,” and an interaction between the Lego Super Mario sets and the NES set.
The cross-functionality between the sets is unknown at this point.
