A new video showed a man dressed as The Joker Jet Skiing on the East River in New York over the weekend.

The skier wore full white makeup on his face and red lipstick across his lips. He also wore a purple jacket. He most closely resembled the Joker from “The Dark Knight.”

The cuffs on the coat showed the Batman logo.

Per Fox News, there have been Joker sightings on the river before. In fact, actress Olivia Wilde spotted a Joker on a Jet Ski in the same area in August 2019.
