Your Instagram feed might not be filled with black squares anymore but you might have noticed more and more women are posting black-and-white selfies with the #ChallengeAccepted.

In the newest Instagram activist trend, women are promoting a message of female empowerment and encouraging others to do so as well, according to USA Today.

According to The New York Times, women are encouraged to share a beautiful black-and-white photo of themselves and nominate their friends. In their post, women are showing support for each other and all women, many adding uplifting and empowering messages in the caption.

As of Tuesday morning, the hashtag has been used on Instagram close to 4.5 million times, and many more posts have been uploaded without the hashtag.

Many celebrities have accepted this challenge already, including Kerry Washington, Jennifer Garner, Kristen Bell, Eva Longoria, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, along with others.

Here are some of their posts:

Actress Kerry Washington was nominated by friend Vanessa Bryant and wrote, “I am awed by the power of women loving each other and lifting each other up!!!!! And I adore you Xo”

Kristen Bell shared a bare-faced selfie sharing quoting Adam Grant, “‘Shapers’ are independent thinkers: curious, non-conforming, and rebellious. They practice brutal, nonhierarchical honesty. And they act in the face of risk, because their fear of not succeeding exceeds their fear of failing.”

Ivanka Trump, shared an old photo from when she was pregnant, encouraging women to love each other, “Let’s be kind to each other. Let’s choose to love, support and strengthen one another.”

Kourtney Kardashian also shared a stunning photo apart of the challenge.
