“Star Wars” fans in Siberia recently completed a replica of the Razor Crest — the famous ship from “The Mandalorian” television series.

  • Indeed, the 45-foot replica is resting in the snow in Siberia, CNN reports.

What happened?

Per CNET, fans of the show created the ship (they list it as 47 feet long and 13 feet high). The ship reportedly weighs more than one ton.

Ayaal Fyodorov, one of the fans who helped build the ship, told Agence France-Presse that they felt motivated by “The Mandalorian.”

  • “We were very much motivated to make it. As if we were inside the TV series and rebuilding the ship,”

The ship — which is made out of foam, metal and fiberboard — cost more than 750,000 rubles (more than $10,000) to build, Fyodorov said. In fact, Fyodorov said he sold his car to pay for the ship, according to CNET.

Fyodorov said Instagram followers helped provide funds for the ship, too, according to The Moscow Times. A private information technology company also rented a hangar to help build the ship.

The ship has become a tourist attraction for people in the area, too, Agence France-Presse reports.

No one from “The Mandalorian” has responded yet.
