Disneyland may add a new fried hot dog stuffed inside a pickle. And it comes with peanut butter

Disneylandmay soon add a new snack that’s a little controversial — it’s a hot dog inside of a fried pickle, and it comes with peanut butter.

• Disneyland described the snack as “a hot dog stuffed in a pickle with a panko crust. Seriously? Count me in!”

New York Times reporter Brooks Barnes originally tweeted a photo of the new alleged Disneyland snack.

• He joked that “heart defibrillators 50 cents extra.”

Split reaction to the new Disneyland snack:

Social media had a split reaction to the new snack. Some thought it looked a little disgusting, while others considered it to be something worth trying.

One writer for CinemaBlend absolutely slammed the snack, saying it looked more disgusting than anything else.

• “The combination of pickle and hot dog make sense when you consider that relish is a common topping for the sandwich (yeah, I said it), but just thinking about the blend of textures here is just super unappealing,” according to CinemaBlend. “Just imagine your teeth first going through the crumbly bread, then through to a wet log of pickle, on down to the squishy meat of a hot dog, and I dare you to tell me that makes your mouth water.”
