Currently we are still in the clutches of COVID-19 with no definitive timeline for its final demise. Our personal, educational, business, entertainment, sports and religious life is still being impacted on a daily basis.

We need our new president and the 117th Congress to act quickly in a bipartisan approach to address this most pressing issue. Presently there is an urgent need for a strongly expedited vaccine program and a financial assistance means to assist both businesses and personal needs. With strong leadership and an unheard of compromising Congress we can begin the path to a progressive recovery that is acceptable to both parties and the American populace.

It will still take some time, probably much longer than most will accept, yet what other choices do we have. With our government acting in good faith and a promising end in sight we should still be able to live a productive and responsible life during the recovery process from this horrific pandemic.
