With the news that the Larry H. Miller Group is buying KZNS (1280-AM and 97.5-FM), that means the Salt Lake market could be down to two all-sports radio stations.

It also means that it could affect some of the on-air talent that works at the stations.

When it comes to predicting who will keep their positions, I'm going to have to recuse myself. I personally like nearly all the on-air personalities in the market and admire their talents. For instance, Kyle Gunther's ability to speak at the speed of sound, Hans Olsen's tendency to make me laugh out loud, Tony Parks' imitations, Spence Checketts' edgy delivery, David James' broad depth and humor and Gordon Monson's journalism-based sensibility.

I'm entertained by all of it.

But rather than rate each of them, I'm hoping the readers of Rockmonster Unplugged can help me out. Tell me which personalities absolutely, positively need to stay on-air somewhere in Salt Lake. If I've left out a favorite, let me know by posting a comment. I didn't include ESPN-700 because it isn't directly involved in these changes. I also left off 1320's David Locke because as the voice of the Jazz, well, he's a lock.

PS: Sorry, I forgot to include Jake Scott -- one of the fine on-air talents in my opinion. I just added his name to the poll. Re-vote if you love the Jakester.
