Jazz president Randy Rigby revealed on air last month that John Stockton had worked with guards Trey Burke and Alec Burks for a few days during the off-season. That might be news to Karl Malonebut good news.

Malone said last week that just as he had worked with Jazz big men, Stockton should be utilized as much as possible with the guards.

I look at Deron Williams and say John Stockton had a big part in the way (Williams) developed when he was first drafted, Malone said. I dont know why the Jazz havent reached out to John for Burke.

Looks as though the two hall of famers dont talk every day on the phone.

Still, Malone had nice things to say about his ex-teammate.

If its done the right way, John could help if Burke wasnt ready. Things might not have been ready with Deron, if John hadn't worked with him, Malone said.

He continued, Have John working with Burke and wed have us all back in the fold.
