Here’s a look at the daily boys basketball RPI change after Tuesday’s results. The Deseret News will update these rankings and indicate the RPI movement up and down every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday throughout region play.
Davis takes over the top spot in 6A after dismantling previous No. 1 Fremont, 75-39. The Darts had five players score in double figures and led 40-12 at the half.
The top spots in the other five classifications remained the same with Springville, Sky View, Manti, Kanab and Valley staying put.
Wasatch made the biggest jump after Tuesday’s games as it vaulted from No. 20 to No. 17 — one place out of a first round home playoff game — with its 65-52 win over Provo.
In 4A, Desert Hills secured a big 59-52 win over Hurricane, which narrowly vaulted the Thunder past Green Canyon into a first-round bye position in the 4A bracket.
