An American Airlines passenger said a flight attendant — named “Thor” — grabbed her and shook her when she took a second blanket during a flight from Dallas to Miami, the Dallas Morning News reports.

The passenger — Nathalie Sorensen of Miami — filed a lawsuit against American Airlines, saying the attendant shook her after taking the second blanket. Police were waiting for her when the plane arrived in Miami back in December, too, according to the Dallas Morning News.

She woke up to find the attendant — who identified himself as “Thor” — shaking her violently. Sorensen’s finance asked him to stop. He allegedly did not stop.

Sorensen said she got the second blanket from her fiancee, according to Dallas Morning News.

Sorensen said she is suing for more than $1 million because she was “embarrassed, humiliated and shamed” over the incident, according to Dallas Morning News.

She said she “has suffered great mental pain, and in all reasonable likelihood will continue to suffer in this manner for the duration of her natural life.”

American Airlines spokesman Matt Miller told the Dallas Morning News the company will review the accusations.

A spokesperson for American Airlines told Newsweek: “We are reviewing the lawsuit and the details of the flight. We take the safety and comfort of our customers very seriously and we’re committed to providing a positive experience for everyone who travels with us.”
