The company Xiaomi has released details about a new phone concept that comes with a “quad-curved waterfall display.”

  • That means the phone will have “waterfall” curves on the sides, top and bottom of the phone, which means there are no ports or buttons on the phone.
  • “Pushing the limits of the classic smartphone form factor, Xiaomi engineers tried to make the smartphone as simple as possible and bring the ‘just a screen’ form factor a step closer to life,” according to Xiaomi.

Why it matters
