Roger Rodriguez, whose wife Luisa Rodriguez works at Check City, helps deliver coats collected during the company’s Warm Hearts Coat Drive to the men’s resource center in South Salt Lake on Tuesday. “This is obviously massive, and this will last us, I would say, for at least, hopefully, through December,” said Rachel Anderson, community engagement specialist for the Road Home, which operates the shelter. Anderson added that the shelter doesn’t get donations of this size very often. Shelter officials said donations are always welcome, especially thermals, blankets, jackets, thick socks and new underwear.
