Saege Woodruff plays on the playground at Bella Vista Elementary School in Cottonwood Heights on Sunday. Northern Utah saw temperatures into the 60s, cloud cover and scattered showers on Sunday, while southern Utah saw heavy winds that fed a large wildfire in Millard County, said KSL meteorologist Dan Guthrie. The storm activity was expected to clear overnight Monday and bring warmer air, he said. The middle of the week holds a chance of storms for northern Utah, but sunny skies should return for the end of the week.
