KAYSVILLE — An Ogden man accused of exposing himself to a child on a school bus in July was arrested again over the weekend after he allegedly exposed himself to children in a park restroom.

Police are investigating Dane Alex Rasmussen, 32, for two counts of lewdness involving a child and voyeurism against a child.

On Saturday, two 9-year-old boys were in the restroom at Barnes Park, 950 W. 200 North, Kaysville, when they noticed a man standing behind them, exposing himself, according to a Davis County Jail booking report. The man appeared to be using his cellphone to take a picture or record a video of his genitals with the boys in the background, the report states.

The boys ran out of the bathroom to the nearby baseball fields where their fathers were. Three men then surrounded and detained Rasmussen until police arrived. Investigators were in the process of obtaining a search warrant to go through Rasmussen’s phone at the time of his arrest.

Rasmussen was arrested July 16 for investigation of lewdness and lewdness involving a child.

In that incident, Rasmussen drove next to a school bus on I-15 and exposed himself to a seventh grade boy, according to a Davis County Jail booking report. An adult on the bus attempted to shield the special needs child from Rasmussen, while another adult took pictures of his vehicle, the report states. The bus assistants then gave the license plate information to the Utah Highway Patrol, which tracked down Rasmussen and arrested him.

In 2008, Rasmussen took a plea in abeyance to a charge of lewdness, meaning he pleaded guilty and the conviction was dismissed two years later after completing the terms of his probation, according to court records.
