A pedestrian walks through the falling snow while crossing the parking lot at Rice-Eccles Stadium on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. According to the National Weather Service, residents along the Wasatch Front will see a chance of rain and snow showers after 11 a.m. Friday, with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 47. Rain and snow showers are likely Saturday before 11 a.m., with a chance of snow showers later in the day and a high near 42. On Sunday, there will be a slight chance of snow showers before 11 a.m. with partly sunny skies and a high near 45. Monday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 53.
