PARK CITY — A new campaign aimed at driving business to Park City-area dining establishments between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve was unveiled Tuesday.

The campaign — dubbed Dine Local. Save Local — was launched by the Park City Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau and the Park City Area Restaurant Association with the help of grant funds received from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.

“As we head into the winter season, we want to encourage locals and visitors to continue to support our esteemed dining community,” Ginger Wicks, executive director of the restaurant association, said in a statement. “Dine Local. Save Local. gift cards give diners an added incentive to visit their favorite restaurants or try something new, and restaurants a cost-free way to maintain their award-winning offerings through the end of the year.”

Those who sign up for the promotion by Tuesday, Dec. 15, at parkcityrestaurants.com will be mailed a $25 gift certificate while supplies last.

The gift card can then be redeemed after spending $50 or more on food items (excluding taxes, gratuity, alcohol and any service fees) at one of the restaurants through Dec. 31.
