LEHI — Black ice at Point of the Mountain on I-15 contributed to at least 14 crashes early Saturday morning, troopers said.

One vehicle initially rolled due to the ice, said Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Brady Zaugg. An additional 13 crashes then occurred within 2 miles of the original crash, he said.

Road crews closed the I-15 southbound off-ramp onto state Route 92 during the cleanup. Some lanes on I-15 were also closed, causing delays while crews responded to the crashes.

No one was injured, Zaugg said.
