Jordan Vigil gets some air at the Richard L. Guthrie Skate Park in Cottonwood Heights on Tuesday. After record cold both Monday and Tuesday, temperatures should heat back up for the rest of the week. According to KSL’s Dan Guthrie, a high pressure will provide residents along the Wasatch Front with sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s on Wednesday, and the lower 90s on Thursday and Friday. A cold front is expected to swing through the state on Saturday, bringing highs back down to the 70s and 80s for the weekend, with a small chance for showers.
