MILLCREEK — Unified police were looking Wednesday for two men in connection with an early morning shooting.

Just after 2 a.m., a 62-year-old man in an RV near 3850 S. West Temple heard a knock on his door, said Unified Police Sgt. Melody Gray.

The man went to the door but didn’t recognize the men, she said. Then he noticed one of the men had a gun and tried to shut the RV door. At some point during the struggle over the door, Gray said the victim was shot.

He was taken to a local hospital in fair condition. Detectives have a limited description of the two suspects. Gray said police are looking for two white males who were wearing heavy or winter clothing during the assault.
