Ryan Wray takes in a casual soccer practice with Cayden Pulido at Hatch Park in North Salt Lake on Monday. After the hottest August on record for Salt Lake City with a mean temperature of 83.1, highs Monday didn’t make it out of the 70s, according to KSL meteorologist Kevin Eubank. As a cold front moves in, the high temperature expected on the Wasatch Front Tuesday is 76, with possible lows in the 50s. However, Utahns can expect to be back in the 90s again by Thursday and stay there through much of Labor Day weekend, Eubank said.
