Jack Jacob, volunteer coordinator for TreeUtah, center, helps volunteers Derek Wardle and Bill Hereth plant a tree at Sommerset Park in Lehi during a TreeUtah community planting event on Wednesday. The nonprofit organization works with students, municipalities, local businesses, community groups and volunteers to plant trees in public spaces throughout the state. Every year, TreeUtah aims to plant 7,000 new trees to make communities healthier.
