Canyon Creek Elementary School students due for a special delivery

Students at Canyon Creek Elementary School in Farmington are due to receive a special delivery between now and Friday in the form of Giving Grams.

Giving Grams are personal notes written by student council members that will be delivered between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. each day to every student in the school.

Giving Grams can be purchased for $1 and sent to a student, but each student will receive a Giving Gram regardless of whether someone purchases one for them.

The project gives student council members an opportunity to serve the students they lead and demonstrate an attitude of gratitude. “We are letting students know we care about them and are glad they’re a student at our school,” said Principal Libby Jacobsen.
