DRAPER — One man was killed in a crash on I-15 in Draper on Monday.
Just after 5 p.m. a Suzuki SX4 was headed south when near 12800 South “for an unknown reason it veered left and struck the center concrete barrier. The vehicle then crossed all lanes and struck the right side concrete barrier,” according to a prepared statement from the Utah Highway Patrol.
The driver, whose name was not immediately released, was transported to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries, the UHP stated.
The driver was not wearing a seat belt, according to the UHP.
