Joseph Overman, 75, Orem, drowned while fishing on Strawberry Reservoir when the boat he was in capsized, said Wasatch County Sheriff Edd Thacker.
Overman was fishing with William Williams, 65, Orem, when one of them stood up, causing both men to fall into the water around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thacker said.A nearby boat rescued Williams, but Overman was dead when pulled from the water, Thacker said.
