Debbi Fields, president and chief executive officer of Mrs. Fields Cookies, and her husband, Randy, have been selected to receive the Brotherhood/Sisterhood Award from the Utah Chapter of the National Conference of Christians and Jews.
The awards will be presented May 5 at a banquet commemorating the 60th anniversary of the organization's founding. The couple will be the 20th recipients of the Utah chapter's award.Mrs. Fields serves on the LDS Hospital board of governors, and is a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation and the Park City Educational Foundation. She and her husband are founders of Mrs. Fields Children's Health Foundation, and her company has been recognized as one of the top 60 women-run businesses in America.
Randy Fields is president of Riverview Financial Corp., the Fields Investment Group and the Fields Consulting Group. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Stanford University, and was a Danforth fellow and a National Science Foundation fellow.
