The Green Bay Packers Monday released seven players, including quarterbacks Robbie Bosco and hometown native Bud Keyes.

The Packers also cut defensive backs Jim Morris and Tony Mayes, wide receivers George LaFrance and Teddy Wilson and linebacker Pat Taylor. The reductions left the Packers with a roster of 89 players, but four of those are veterans still holding out for new contracts.

The cuts left the Packers with four quarterbacks - Marc Wilson, Randy Wright, Don Majkowski and Blair Kiel. Coach Lindy Infante has not decided who will be the regular season starter.

Bosco was a third-round draft choice from Brigham Young in 1986. A shoulder injury required surgery and he spent his first two seasons with the Packers on injured reserve. He did not play for the team until Saturday night, when the Packers lost to the Indianapolis Colts 25-21 in an exhibition game.

Bosco played in the third quarter but was ineffective. He was sacked twice and completed 2 of 4 passes for 8 yards.
