John F. Kennedy Jr., who used to romp through the Oval Office in the early 1960s as "America's favorite son," has grown into the sexiest man alive, according to People magazine.
The 27-year-old son of President Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis was given the title in the magazine's Sept. 12 issue.
The 6-foot-1 Kennedy has "his mother's dark eyes and his father's striking body," the magazine said.

The magazine reports that friends say Kennedy, a third-year law student at New York University, is a lovable ham who was "one of the guys" at the California law firm where he had a summer job.
