Idaho Lottery officials have announced the second arrest this week on a charge of tampering with a ticket.

They said Barbara Cooper, 25, of Boise, was arrested on a charge she changed a losing lottery ticket into a $5 winner. If convicted on the felony charge, she faces up to five years in prison and a $25,000 fine.Earlier this week James Ricks, 27, of Boise was arrested on a charge he altered a non-winning ticket into a $10 winner.

There now have been six cases of people charged with ticket-tampering since the lottery began operations on July 19.
