University of Utah defensive line coach Cole Proctor has been hired as head coach at Morehead (Ky.) State, the university announced Thursday. Proctor, who came to Utah from Iowa State, has also coached at San Diego State, East Tennessee State and was head coach and Athletic Director at Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, N.C. for three years.
