Fiddleheads are a natural green vegetable, with a taste similar to asparagus or broccoli. They can be steamed, sauteed or microwaved or blended in sauces to serve with pasta. They have a short season (right now through the next couple of weeks) and can be found in the produce sections of two Dan's stores _ 2332 E. 21st South and 2330 E. 33rd South.
