A Lewiston, Cache County, woman has died in a head-on collision near Preston,Idaho, authorities reported.

The victim was identified as Ila Rogers, 64.The Franklin County Sheriff's Department said Rogers was driving a vehicle with a boat in tow Thursday morning when the rig veered across the yellow line and hit an oncoming pickup truck.
