A senior management group of Rivendell of America Inc. has purchased the company from an investor group, which includes Crow-Wright Holdings Ltd.
Rivendell has operations in Salt Lake City and owns and operates eight child and adolescent psychiatric hospitals with more than 500 beds in the United States.The management group is led by T. W. Bryant, president; Sam A. Brooks, chairman; and RCS Health Care Partners. The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
RCS is an investment partnership dedicated exclusively to management buy outs in the health-care industry, said Bryant.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., Rivendell has facilities in Salt Lake City; Panama City, Fla.; Bowling Green, Ky.; Benton, Ark; Seward, Neb.; St. Johns, Mich.; and Billings and Butte, Mont.
