A body found Sunday in a vacant west-side lot has been identified as Donald W. Rhoades, 40, Tucson, Ariz.

Rhoades' body was found about 2:30 p.m. in a fenced-off parking area near 200 North and 500 West. The medical examiner's office has determined Rhoades had been dead less than 24 hours. According to police reports, there were some minor wounds on his body but the official cause of death has not been determined.
