Maybe Billy Joel will sing a few verses of "Honesty" or "Matter of Trust" when his $90 million lawsuit against his ex-brother-in-law goes to court. Joel filed suit Monday against Frank Weber, the brother of his ex-wife, Elizabeth, and his manager, claiming Weber duped him out of $30 million. He also wants $60 million in punitive damages. "All this came to light when we got the results of an investigative audit conducted in July and August," said Joel's lawyer, Leonard Marks. "He had such deep trust in Weber that he named him godfather of his daughter." Joel, 40, accused Weber of double-billing him for his music videos and improperly mortgaging the singer's copyrights.
