Rena Ransom Naef, age 73, passed away on January 15, 1990 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born April 24, 1916 in Malta, Idaho, the daughter of George Henry and Maud Bybee Ransom. Married Seymour B. Naef July 21, 1947 in the Logan L.D.S. Temple. Active member of the L.D.S. Church.>Survivors, husband, Seymour; son, John and Pam Myers, Salt Lake City; daughters, Maud Mary and Ron Wilkinson, Sandy; Debra and Larry Welling, Eugene, Oregon; eight grandchildren, Lissa, Brent, Anne, Eric, Jeanine, Karen, Amy and Niki; three brothers, Alfred G. and Joseph B. both of California; and Wendell B. Ransom of Idaho. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Mabel.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 18, 1990, 1 p.m., at the Salt Lake Butler Stake Center, 7035 Nuttree (3280 E). Friends may call on Wednesday at the Mountianview Memorial Estates Mortuary, 7800 South 3115 East, in Salt Lake from 6-8 p.m. and also at the Ward on Thursday, one hour prior to the services. Burial will be at Mountainview Memorial Estates.
