Happiest when trout fishing. Supported WSC Soccer, and Dodger baseball. Attended all his children's Parent Teacher Conferences and programs. Bred and tamed domestic cats. He will be missed by all species, including a chick a dee that whistle a daily duet with him on his walk to work.

Survived by wife, Barbara Parsons Bernstein, daughters, Justina and Barbara, son, Duncan, all Ogden; former foster son, Alex Woods, mother and father, Freehold, New Jersey. Donations in his honor may be made to the Jerry Bernstein Memorial Library Fund, Weber State College.

A gathering will be held in his honor at the home of Joe Dixon, 1376 Arlington Dr., Ogden, Monday January 22, 7 p.m. Friends, admirers, and students are welcome. Funeral directors, Leavitt's Chapel of Flowers Mortuary, Ogden.
