Edna Florence West, 80, died January 20, 1990, in South Jordan, Utah.
Born May 19, 1909, in Shawnee, Oklahoma to James Andrew and Sarah Ellen Trembley Kelley. Married Dale Matson West in Independence, Kansas, April 6, 1938. He died May 15, 1965. Edna was a loving mother, rearing 10 children successfully; she was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Salt Lake and Mesa, AZ., LDS Temples. She was very talented in crocheting, and made items for the temples.Survived by children, Elmo Myrrl "Mo" West, Paradise, CA; Franklin Leroy West, Corning, CA; Myra Janette West, Sacramento, CA; Gerald Guy West, Chico, CA; Sadie Ireta West, Midvale; Vesta Spencer West, Yuba City, CA; Stanford Matson West, Chico, CA; Anna Elizabeth Clark, South Jordan; Mable Eileen Williams,Ephraim; Ellen Lavina Jones, Safford, AZ; 52 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services Tuesday, Jan. 23rd, 1 p.m., in the Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 So. State, where friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services.Additional services and burial will be in Chico, California. Family requests no flowers.
