Kenneth Eardley Midgley, age 86, passed away January 7, 1990, in Salt Lake City.
Born October 7, 1903, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Edward Paul and Louisa Eleanor Eardley Midgley. Married Ingaborg Nelani Williamson, June 30, 1929, in Kansas City, Missouri. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died December 1, 1986. Graduated East High School '21, U of U '25, Michigan Law '28 Juris Doctor. He practiced law with Swanson, Midgley, Gangwere, Clarke and Kitchen of Kansas City, Missouri. Member of the LDS Church, having served in the High Council of the Kansas City Stake.Survivors: sons and daughter, James E. Midgley, Plano, Texas, William P. Midgley, Overland Park, Kansas, Mrs. Ronald W. (Nelani) Walker, Salt Lake City; 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward E. Midgley, Provo, Utah, Calvin Paul Midgley, Lake Villa, Illinois. Funeral services will be held in Kansas City, Missouri.
