UGANDA AMBASSADOR SPEAKS FRIDAY AT BYU

Stephen Katenta-Apuli, Uganda's ambassador to the United States, will speak at Brigham Young University Friday, Oct. 19.

Katenta-Apuli will speak at 11 a.m. in the Kennedy Center Conference Room (238 Clark Building). The ambassador will speak on "The New Uganda: Prospects and Potential for Development."
