W. Donald Brumbaugh, the former chairman of the department of education systems and learning resources at the University of Utah, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 1990. He was 78.
Brumbaugh came to Utah in 1952 from the University of Indiana to work at the U. as a professor of education administration.He retired in 1982.
The funeral will be Friday, Nov. 2, at 3 p.m., at the First Baptist Church, 777 S. 1300 East. Burial and a graveside service will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Fruita, Colo., on Monday, Nov. 5.
