The Spanish Fork Area Chamber of Commerce held an open house to celebrate moving into its new offices Tuesday night.
The chamber's new location, 40 S. Main, is also, coincidentally, that of the city offices. For the celebration, the chamber asked local restaurants to provide food samples. The office space in the city building opened up when the justice of the peace court that was previously located there moved to the Utah County office building in Provo.
Also, since the chamber moved from its old offices in the city's memorial building, 386 N. Main, the city's Daughters of the Utah Pioneers chapter has asked city officials to look into moving their headquarters there. The DUP is currently located in the basement of the city library, 49 S. Main.
