Despite a scanty supply of the vital raw material, members of Joyce Leukel's fourth-grade class manage to scrape up enough snow to fashion a cool-dude dinosaur, which they dubbed Dino, during a snow-sculpture contest at Sunset View Elementary School. Snow sculpting has turned into an annual event at the school, as a reward to students for good behavior and citizenship.
