Gary Coleman`s family is still going at it. Coleman, former star of the television sitcom, "Diff'rent Strokes," filed suit against his mother in Los Angeles Friday, just two days after a judge rejected her claim that Coleman, 21, needs a conservator to look over his $7 million estate. Coleman's malicious prosecution suit against his mother, Edmonia Coleman, says she knew that the claims she made in the conservatorship petition were false. Coleman also says that his mother's suit had been filed to retaliate for still another suit he had filed against her in June, saying she and others had misappropriated $1 million from his account.
