James Franklin Gulbransen, 56, beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather, passed away March 22, 1990 of natural causes.
Born October 12, 1933, Salt Lake City to James Edward and Margaret "Madge" Adeline Gallacher Gulbransen. Married Dorthy Nan Hansen June 5, 1956 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active High Priest in the LDS Church having served in many varied positions. Member of Opererating Engineer's Local #3. Employed with Utah Sand and Gravel and Monroc for 34 years.Survivors: wife; sons, Ed Leon; Richard James "Rick" and wife Carolyn; Russell Lynn, all of Salt Lake City; sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Phyllis) Smith, Boise, Idaho; sister-in-law, Phyillis Gulbaransen; one grandson, Jeremy. Preceded in death by a daughter, Lana Margaret; brother Bob and sister Marge Eatough.
Funeral service Monday, March 26th, 12:00 noon, Princeton Ward Chapel, 1078 McClelland St. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment: Lakehills Cemetery.
