Mark Miller, president of Mark Miller Pontiac Inc., has been appointed to the National Automobile Dealers Association Franchise Committee by Ray Green, NADA president.
The committee is responsible for reviewing and developing recommendations for inclusion in the contracts retail automobile dealers sign with manufacturers to sell and service vehicles. Dealers sign a separate franchise agreement with each manufacturer they represent."The franchise agreement is the fundamental document governing dealer-manufacturer rights and responsibilities. This committee will continue to make recommendations that all manufacturers can adopt in their particular franchise agreement," said Green.
Miller is a NADA director from Utah and also serves on the board of governors of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
