A 16-year-old Salt Lake County girl was sexually assaulted in her bedroom last week when a man apparently entered her home through an unlocked door.

According to a sheriff's office report, the incident occurred at about 3:15 a.m. on May 23 after several days of five-times-a-day telephone calls. The caller would not speak and hang up.The blond-haired man, wearing a Ninja-type mask, held a jagged knife with a four-to-five inch blade to the victim's throat and threatened her sister if she told police.
