Darla Parrish Rampton, 48, of Freemont, California, died May 4, 1990 in a Hayward, California hospital.
Born January 10, 1942 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of Monroe Asa And Golda Criddle Parrish. Married Dennis Tison Rampton, March 10, 1962 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Member of the Freemont 6th LDS Ward. Raised and educated in Clearfield, and had lived in the Salt Lake area.Survived by husband, Freemont, Calif.; three sons, six daughters, Malan D. Rampton, and Michael P. Rampton, both Logan, Utah; Mark C. Rampton, Freemont, Calif.; Mrs. Daryl (Rebecca) Beck, Newark, Calif.; Jennifer Rampton, Kathryn Rampton, Cheryl Rampton, Anna Rampton, Marie Rampton, all Freemont, California; her parents, Monroe and Golda Parrish, Clearfield; four brothers, two sisters, Roger Parrish, South Ogden; Mar Dell parrish, Logan; Ver Don Parrish, Coatsville, Pennsylvania; Val parrish, West Valley City; two sisters, Margo Anderson, Julie Tensmeyer, both Ogden. Preceded in death by a son, Andrew T. Rampton.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12 noon, at the Clearfield 3rd Ward chapel, 231 East 300 North, with Bishop Roger Parrish officiating. Friends may call at the Meyers Mortuary in Roy, Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday at the church from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment, Syracuse City Cemtery.
