Our beloved son and brother Lance Gregory Thomas, 23, passed away from cystic fibrosis, June 15, 1990, in Salt Lake City.
Born March 2, 1967 in San Diego, California to Lloyd and Wilma Kirkland Thomas. Graduated from Katella High School in Anaheim, California, with honors. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.Survived by his father, Las Vegas, Nevada; mother and brother, Craig, both Salt Lake City; grandmother, Vivian Royce, Las Vegas, Nevada; step-grandparents, Orson and Phyllis Madsen, Salt Lake City; stepmother, Karen St.Thomas, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Memorial Services will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions be made to: The Cystic Fibrosis Summer Camp, in care of Carol Wood, University of Utah Medical Center. Funeral Directors: Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary
