State Industrial Commission Chairman Stephen M. Hadley has been re-elected chairman of the board of regents of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions during a meeting of the International Workers' Compensation College Board of Regents in Tucson, Ariz.

Hadley was president of IAIABC in 1975 and appointed to the board of regents in 1980. Since 1982 he has been chairman of the board, which determines curriculum, location sites, develops faculty and runs a continuing education program in the field of workers' compensation.The IAIABC is a professional organization of workers' compensation commissioners in the U.S. and Canada with additional members from New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
